Loafer King R100 Shoe Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition (“Giveaway”) is run by Loafer King South Africa (Pty) Ltd, trading as Loafer King SA (“the Promoter”).

2. Entry

  • To enter, participants must purchase a shoe via our official online store for R100 (one hundred rand).

  • This purchase will constitute a ticket/entry into the Giveaway draw. Not an actual purchase.

  • Important: this ticket does not mean that the participant has purchased and secured the actual shoe; it is an entry into the Giveaway where two winners will be randomly selected to win the prize.

  • Participants may purchase multiple shoes; each shoe purchase counts as a separate entry.

  • Tickets/entries are non-refundable once purchased.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of South Africa, aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees, agents, contractors or affiliates of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are excluded from entering.

4. Prize

  • The prize consists of five (5) pairs of Loafer King shoes, with a retail value of between R2 500 to R4 700, per winner. Depending on what was chosen by the winners. Only 5 winners will be selected - one pair per winner.

  • Available sizes are as per website.

  • If the winner's selected size is in stock, the shoes will be delivered within 3–5 working days after confirming size and delivery details.

  • If the winner’s selected size is out of stock, the shoes will be ordered from our factory and delivery may take approximately 2–4 weeks.

5. Winner selection

  • After the Giveaway closes, the five winners will be chosen via a random electronic draw conducted by the Promoter.

  • The draw will be recorded or streamed live on the Promoter’s official Facebook / Instagram / TikTok page.

  • The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notification

  • The winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days to confirm acceptance and provide delivery details, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner.

7. Delivery

  • The prize will be delivered free of charge to a valid South African address provided by the winner.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, factory production schedules or external factors beyond its control.

8. Use of participant information

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to:

    • The Promoter publicly announcing the winners' full names.

    • The use of photos or videos of the winners receiving or wearing the prize for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation.

9. Limitation of liability

  • The Promoter and its representatives shall not be responsible or liable for:

    • Entries not received, processed or included in the draw due to technical errors or network failures.

    • Any loss, injury or damage suffered as a result of entering, winning or using the prize.

10. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or amend the Giveaway and/or these Terms & Conditions if necessary, including for reasons beyond its control.

  • By entering, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • The giveaway will run from 23 July 2025 to 31 July 2025. Entries closing 12:00 on 31st July 2025. 

  • The Giveaway is subject to South African laws and regulations.
